When they use your referral code to register (because registration requires a referral code), then they will be your referrals. For all their transactions within the app, you will receive 1% which will be posted to your e-wallet in real time. You will earn not just one time but all the time. When your referrals also made referrals of their own, you will still earn 1% up to 5 levels deep of your referral network.
Yes, referral income is like reward points that can be transferred or shared with another iCity PH user. That user just the same can only use the referral income transferred to him within the app only.
Yes, you can use the referral income in your e-wallet to pay directly a provider such as the iPabili partner. But you must first talk to him for his approval.
When you or your referrals use referral income in your e-wallet for transactions, they are treated as cash payments. Therefore, those transactions will be considered regular transactions and the referrers will again earn 1% from those.
